Yoga, word that derives from sanscrit, means to unite or harmonize. With the practice of yoga, we look to balance and integrate all aspects of our being. Yoga offers strength, flexibility, balance and health to the physical, mental, and spiritual bodies, helping us to live with greater well being and inner peace.
All our classes, with their different styles and approaches, have in common the desire to create a safe space where everyone can explore their potential, learn to listen inside, get to know and respect themselves, developing more welfare, happiness and innr peace, througt the practice of yoga.
