WORKSHOP: HIP OPENERS AND TWISTS
5n this longer class, we will focus on hip openers, loosening the physical and emotional tensions that accumulate in those areas. We will also pay attention to spinal twists , giving ourselves a deep and purifying massage of the nervous system. We will comlete our class with pranayama and meditation. .

Witht he help of gentle asanas, passive postures with blankets and support, guided relaxation, and soft music, we will generate a profoud and regenerative sense of relaxation. Ideal for renewing your energy and getting ready for the weekend. Totally compatible with the previous dynamic yoga class.
