YOGA
Hatha yoga combines the practice of physical postures, breath, and relaxation, all of which benefit our physical systems and promote holistic health. Hatha yoga stretches, strengthens, relaxes, tones, nourishes, and improves the state of our physical body. In addition, it balances the energy in our body and develops a state of mental peace and emotional stability.
My classes are both intense and repectful of the needs and abilities of each student. Classes are indicated for people that want a more actuve style of yoga, with greater physical activity. Use of vinyasas (combination of movement and breath) in the most actve part of class, still asanas, breath, meditation, and relaxation.
In my classes, I search for the balance between physical strength ad flexibilty, activity and relaxation, dynamic and alignment, giving special attention to concentration, conscious breathing and presence. helping us focus and creating a space of balance for body and mind.
I especially want to create a safe space where each person can explore their own potential and learn to listen, know and respect themselves, developing a greater wellbeing, happiness, and inner peace.  
Aside from my regular classes, I offer special classes for groups and individuals:
