PRIVATE CLASSES
Private classes are an opportunity to have complete personalized attention.
You can do a class to deepen your practice; you can ask all the questions you have about positions, about your body or any aspect of your practice.
You can also choose a class to "deepen" on some aspect of yoga practice you feel you need more information or want to move or deeper (for example core work, arm balances, breath, etc. )
This space is also ideal for people with special needs, in a moment that you have an injury, or where for any reason you cannot participate in group classes.
In addition, we offer the possibility of a series of classes, in which we can discuss together your strengths and weaknesses, and I'll teach you a series of asanas that you can practice at home, tailored to your individual needs. In general it will be a minimum of two and a maximum of 4, depending on your level and the amount of time that you've been practicing with me.
Also you can get toghether with one or two friends and make a small group class.
