YOGA

Hatha yoga: Hatha yoga combines the practice of physical postures, breath, and relaxation, all of which benefit our physical systems and promote holistic health. Hatha yoga stretches, strengthens, relaxes, tones, nourishes, and improves the state of our physical body. In addition, it balances the energy in our body and develops a state of mental peace and emotional stability. Open classes for all levels, bodies, and ages. Warm-up, postures, breath, and relaxation are essential components of every class.

Dynamic Hatha Yoga: My classes are both intense and repectful of the needs and abilities of each student. Classes are indicated for people that want a more actuve style of yoga, with greater physical activity. Use of vinyasas (combination of movement and breath) in the most actve part of class, still asanas, breath, meditation, and relaxation.

Yoga for Dancers: Ideal class as training and complement for professional or student dancers (or other people with a very specific physical activity). Yoga contributes with a necessary foundation of balance between physical strength ad flexibilty, helping us focus and creating a space of balance for body and mind.
