Yoga for Beginners
If you are a beginner and new to yoga, you are very welcome to our school.
We have various options for you:
-Level 1 classes: especially suitable for beginners. During these classes we revise the basis of practicing yoga and you can learn little by little following simple sequences made up of basic postures. Click here to see the schedule.
-Open level classes: these are regular classes, ideal for beginners. The pace is reasonable, the postures are simple and the teacher always gives easy alternatives for less experienced students. The group’s level is mixed and the class is suitable for everybody. Click here to see the schedule.
-Introduction workshops : we regularly give weekend workshops about “the basis of yoga” for you to learn and understand with clarity the fundamentals of this wonderful practice. Information about dates in the workshops page.
-Private classes: you can buy them separately or as a pack and can take them alone or with a group of friends. Private classes allow you to learn in depth the basis of yoga and receive important information about your own body or special needs. To read more about it click here.
