Yoga Nidra teacher for the basic 200h Teacher Training Course and for the Yoga Nidra module part of the advanced +300h Teacher Training Course.
I started practicing yoga in 2000 with Pilar Ruberte and I soon came to realize that this discipline would stay with me forever.
I could feel the benefits of this practice on many levels and I kept studying about yoga over all these years.
Since I started, my practice has been regular although ever-changing according to my personal evolution and needs.
I studied with different teachers such as Saúl Martínez, the Sivananda Vedanta Yoga Centre and Upendra Arya with whom I spent many years learning and then teaching his method.
I travelled many times to India, searching for more teachings and eager to learn more about the science of yoga and during my travels I also got interested into Indian classical music and playing the harmonium.
Once back I started joining the yoga practice with Indian music (the Ragas) and other vibrational instruments. From this fusion the Sargam Yoga & Music was born.
Later on I felt ready to study Yoga Nidra undertaking the workshop of Danilo Hernández. I also took workshops of Rocío Ramos Morrison.
“Everything comes when it has to come” is another important teaching of yoga for me: no rush, nourishing patience.
I practiced different yoga styles: Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha and Hatha Vinyasa. My practice and my classes are the result of all these influences as well as being a place to share and grow together.
At the moment I combine my profession of jewelry making with yoga classes, yoga nidra sessions and meditation with music.
