The Yoga tradition in addition to asanas,
holds a variety of techniques that help us harmonize
and connect with the deepest of ourselves.
One of the most direct techniques is the Mantra Chanting.
Through Mantra Yoga we use the power of words and sound to purify mind and emotions.
Mantra chantings create a vibratory frequency that offers an intern massage and promotes deep meditative states. In these lessons we will learn different techniques that will help us free our voices potential, we will work with different mantras and enjoy meditation through sound.
You can either come to sing or to recieve the Mantra vibration.
